The Texas A&M University Poultry Science Department (W. F. Krueger, host) in cooperation with Texas Tech University (Dr. Leslie Thompson, host) and Texas A& M - Commerce (Dr. Robert Williams, host), have scheduled Poultry Judging and Product Grading one day workshops for High School Agricultural Science in Texas. All workshops begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm. There is no registration fee but please let the host university department know you are coming. There will be hands on materials in every presentation and all workshops are similar. Dr. W. F Krueger and Jason Lee will be the lead instructors with the help of Dale Hyatt and Jennifer Albert if necessary.
