Dr. Michael Davis Joins Faculty
The
Department is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Michael Davis to our
faculty. Dr. Davis is from Alabama where he attended Auburn University
for his B.S., and Ph.D. degrees in poultry science. Additionally, he
has worked for several poultry processing companies and has extensive practical
experience in the commercial poultry industry. His responsibilities include
extension programs pertaining to processing and product quality (both meat
and eggs). Examples of such programs are the annual Poultry
Processors Workshop and the quarterly HACCP Roundtable. He will also conduct
research to compliment these areas.
