Poultry Judging Workshop 2007

The Poultry Science Department at Texas A&M University ( Jason Lee, host) is pleased to announce the scheduling of the Poultry Judging and Product Grading one day workshop for High School Agricultural Science teachers in Texas. The workshop will be held on Friday July 27, 2007 at the Texas A&M University Poultry Science Research, Teaching, and Extension Center located on FM 2818. The workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. No registration fee is required but we ask that you pre-register on judgingcard.com by Friday July 20th at 5:00 p.m. There will be hands on material in every presentation and will cover the majority of the FFA Poultry Judging Contest. Dr. Jason Lee, Dale Hyatt, and Jennifer Albert will be the instructors for the workshop.
